Submit an event to the Digital Backpack

Please use the following form to submit an event for our Digital Backpack. All events require approval by a district administrator and we may contact you for additional information.

  • Title or name of the event
  • MM slash DD slash YYYY
    The date of the event. If your event spans a length of time, enter the end date here.
  • e.g. "10:30 AM" or "6 PM". Leave blank for all-day events.
  • MM slash DD slash YYYY
    When RSVPs or registrations are due.
  • The intended audience for this event, e.g. middle school students.
  • Details or description of the event.
  • The name or address of the location where this event will be held.
  • The cost of the event, if applicable.
  • The name of the organization sponsoring or putting on the event.
  • The name of the contact person for this event.
  • The phone number of the contact person.
  • A link to more information about this event.
  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, png, Max. file size: 2 MB.
    A downloadable flyer for this event. (PDF, JPG and PNG only.)
