Information The Simpson College Sport Management students are hosting MLB’s Pitch Hit and Run in Indianola. The event is open to boys and girls aged 7 to 14 of all ability levels. Participants pitch 6 balls at a target, hit 3 balls off a tee, and run a 90 yard dash.

Information This non-contact, 5-on-5 flag football league is fast-paced and fun! Everyone can catch a pass—no blocking or tackling. The six-week season includes 2 weeks of practice (starting Aug. 11) and 4 weeks of games (starting Aug. 25).
